Now residing on the Sunshine Coast, we travel to wherever your love is calling and specialise in bespoke weddings & special events.

Meet the WOMAN
BEHIND THE FLOWERS.

MADELEINE SOUTHWOOD.

I first began working with flowers back in 2008 after securing a part-time job at a Florist as a school-based trainee.

After finishing school and working for a number of Wedding & Event companies over the years, I completed a Bachelor of Business in Management & Marketing and learnt a lot about the flower world and its ever-changing industry during this time.

I was diagnosed with Endometriosis in 2018, which after almost a decade of intense pain and struggling with little to no answers, I was forced to slow down the pace and focus more on myself and my health.

This then enabled me to throw myself wholeheartedly into something I could call my own, and from that- Wild Fleur Co. was born.

I’m a creative individual and love working with my hands, so I have always dreamt of a job where I get to do just that- and being a floral stylist gives me the ability to use my creative flair and make people happy in return (what more could you ask for?!)

I have an everlasting obsession with moody autumnal colour palettes, candle-lit rooms, crisp Winter mornings, the smell of Christmas & pumpkin spice, herbal tea and hoarding dried flowers.
